Terms of Use
Effective July 22, 2026
These terms set practical boundaries for using Flowtime and its optional cloud and third-party integrations.
Using Flowtime
Flowtime is a personal productivity timer, task, analytics, exercise, and learning-progress tool. You are responsible for your use of the service, the information you add, and complying with laws and workplace or school policies that apply to you.
Flowtime is not medical advice, an emergency service, payroll software, or an employee-monitoring system. Time and idle estimates can be incomplete when a browser, device, or operating system suspends the application.
Accounts and security
You may use supported guest features without an account. If you create an account, provide accurate information, protect access to your identity provider, and notify Flowtime through the in-app feedback control if you believe the account is compromised.
Do not attempt to access another person's data, bypass API authorization or rate limits, probe credentials, disrupt the service, or use Flowtime to collect activity data from another person without their informed authorization.
Your content and connected services
You retain responsibility for task names, notes, playlist metadata, feedback, and other content you provide. You authorize Flowtime to process that content only as needed to provide features you request, including synchronization and export.
Notion, YouTube, Firebase, and other connected services are operated by third parties. Their availability, accounts, content, and terms are outside Flowtime's control. Disconnect an integration if you no longer want Flowtime to exchange data with it.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue a feature. Flowtime aims to preserve portable exports and provide notice before material changes, but you should keep independent copies of information that is critical to you.
Updated terms will show a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after an update takes effect indicates acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
Warranty and responsibility
Flowtime is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that timers, notifications, synchronization, analytics, or third-party integrations will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use
You can stop using guest features by clearing local application data. Signed-in users can request a portable export and account deletion. Flowtime may restrict abusive access needed to protect users, providers, or the service.
